About this Coffee
High up in the western highlands of Huehuetenango, Guatemala, you’ll find La Libertad. Founded in 1958 by Jorge Vides, Finca La Bolsa led the way for coffee cultivation in the region, now known for its top-quality beans. Today, Jorge’s daughter Maria and grandson Renardo continue his legacy, focusing on community support, sustainability, and producing complex, delicious coffee.
Processed in the traditional washed method and then carefully sun-dried on the patio for sixteen days, La Libertad returns to the menu as an espresso roast. With vibrant flavours of cranberry and caramel, this coffee is one not to miss. Enjoy a creamy body complemented by a bittersweet chocolate finish.
